LORD AGENCY Eğitim Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti. is an education consultancy registered in Istanbul, Turkey, with offices in Kağıthane, Istanbul and in Tabriz. What data we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, the programs and universities you are interested in, and the messages you send us.
- Application information: when you apply through us, the documents and details universities require, such as your passport, diplomas, transcripts, language certificates and photos.
- Partner agent information: if you work with us as an education agent, your company and contact details.
- Technical information: your IP address, browser, device and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and analytics tools.
How we use your data
- to answer your questions and give you study advice;
- to prepare and submit your applications to the universities you choose and to follow them up;
- to guide you on visa, residence permit and arrival steps;
- to manage our partnerships with education agents;
- to improve our website and services; and
- to meet our legal obligations.
Legal basis
We process personal data in line with Turkey's Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We rely on your consent, on the need to provide the services you ask for, on our legal obligations, and on our legitimate interest in running and improving our services.
Who we share your data with
- the universities you apply to, so they can assess your application;
- our student and agent application portal (studyatturkey.com, built on the ApplyTent platform), our consultation form and customer management system (crm.yostaktik-group.com), and the service providers that help us run our website, messaging and analytics (such as Google Analytics);
- public authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal data.
International transfers
Because we help students from many countries apply to universities in Turkey and North Cyprus, your data may be processed outside your home country. We only transfer data as required to provide our services and in line with applicable law.
How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymize it.
Cookies and analytics
