Why Turkey

Why Iraqi students choose Turkey

Degrees taught in English

Many private universities teach medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, engineering, business and psychology fully in English.

Admission on your grades

Private universities usually admit international students on their Iraqi preparatory (Sixth Preparatory, 12th grade) certificate or equivalent grades, without a central entrance exam. Some programs, such as medicine, set higher requirements.

Clear fees before you apply

See the tuition fee and deposit of every program in our program search, so you can plan your budget first.

Approved universities

Every university in Turkey that we work with is approved by YÖK, Turkey's Council of Higher Education. The North Cyprus universities we work with are also recognized by YÖK.

If you are from the Kurdistan Region, also check with the regional Ministry of Higher Education. Check their latest rules for your university and program before you choose.
